You don’t have to spend much time with country singer-songwriter Jayme Lynne to appreciate her talent and sincerity. Hailing from Keswick, ON, this small-town girl has been making waves in her community for quite some time. When she’s not teaching music lessons or hosting open mics, Jayme Lynne is putting her heart and soul into writing songs and playing shows. She has been fueled by passion from a very young age - performing since she was 10, and at 14 she was a Taylor Swift tribute artist.
She has spent the last decade working hard towards pursuing her dream, and Jayme Lynne takes her career very seriously. She graduated from the Music Business program at Durham College in 2018, an experience that gave her perspective on all the moving parts of a successful career in the music industry, as well as the artist accountability that comes with it. “You have to take control of your own career, you can’t depend on others to do it for you. I’ve got a clear vision of where I’m heading, and nothing is going to stop me!”
Her lyrics are honest and playful, a true reflection of her personality, and the distinctively warm and soulful tone of her voice commands attention every time she steps up to the mic. Jayme Lynne travels throughout Ontario, performing with her band at fairs, festivals, country bars, and other events. She has opened for Canadian country acts such as James Barker Band and George Canyon, and has had incredible opportunities that most artists can only dream about. She studied performance with live music producer, Tom Jackson (Taylor Swift, The Band Perry); received voice instruction from world-renowned voice coach, Brett Manning (Keith Urban, Hayley Williams); and has performed at the legendary Blue Bird Café in Nashville, TN.
